A Summer Evening to Remember.
Oak Glen sits quietly up in the San Bernardino Mountains at an elevation that transports you out of the busy-ness of Southern California. And Serendipity Gardens is tucked into that landscape in a way that makes it feel a little magical.
Sunah and Paul had a full wedding day here, all of it outside. Well, not all; they had an incredibly beautiful accommodation not too far from the venue where we photographed them getting ready. Regardless, it was the kind of day where the setting does its part and the people do the rest. I will always love moments that don't need to be staged or prompted because they just happen when you put people who love each other in a place they love.
My job was to stay close enough to catch them and far enough away not to interrupt them. That's always the job.
